Part One

I was born and raised in Miami, Florida, in the year 1983. My current workplace is at the correctional center, where my rank is a captain. I am working in adult prisons, but initially, I was at juvenile correctional centers. I always have an interest in helping people have a bright future that why I took the job of being a correction officer. There are many challenges in the workplace, but the best part is that I always overcome them. My parents wanted me to become a teacher since I played with my friends acting as a teacher. My Godmother used to work at Miami correctional center, and I was attracted to become one of the prison officers due to my compassion for others.

People have been affected by others throughout their lives when it comes to job options. Our backgrounds, such as the family and culture, might, for example, guide professional options. Family and people that support my work and encourage me while education has affected my career path. I have selected the career route to becoming prison officers. This was because my Godmother acted as my role model and stepping stone. My family has always pushed me to voluntarily realize that experience is valuable even if the labor is unpaid. During my volunteering, I saw that the prison officers were oppressing many inmates, and I wanted to make a difference. I knew my family wanted me to be rewarded and content with my job and not focus solely on wages. Being born in Miami, Florida, I started my word in juvenile as a correctional officer, then after sometimes I was promoted to the rank of sergeant.

Part Two

In today's competition-packed world, success and efficiency are economic words and research in psychology. Therefore, the career, development, and improvement approach must be well-rounded, and the assistance of the professional psychologist is necessary to achieve success and hold prominent positions in social and economic life. Of course, this is unnecessary due to the weakness of the person's incapacity to choose their life. Still, such an approach also relies on evaluating the best appropriate position for life and growth in today's society.

The development of a career is essential, as it shows an effect on present and future professional growth and incorporates methods and approaches suitable for secondary school pupils. Therefore, career development theories offer the basis for a deeper understanding of specific tactics, techniques, and instruments by addressing the demands of school pupils ( McMahon & Arthur 2018). The theory essentially affects the practice Theories of career development also assist. Theories also offer the framework for student explanation of professional conduct concerning professional challenges.

This study analyzes the thesis career theories, enabling individuals to organize and execute the key personal qualities in practice in the most efficient way. First, Robert Len, Steven Brown, and Gail Hackett's social cognitive career theory is based on the following main success elements: efficiency, results, expectations, and personal objectives. As indicated above, the SCCT has been established by Hackett, Lent, and Brown. The social cognitive career theory is one of the following researchers. Second, Albert Banduram on the subject of self-efficiency was used as the basis for creating theory (Watson, Nota & McMahon 2015). Because of choice, growth of interests, and performance difficulties, this scientific study has been expanded. The following human elements - objectives of the individual, expectations of results, and belief in self-efficiency - are considered by SCCT, the approach to career development. The development of SCCT theory also considers elements such as human capacities, demographic values, social values, and the environment.

To accomplish the links between these factors and the development of the interest influence, further emphasis will be given to the efficacy and result expectancies theorized in the SCCT. The SCCT has many elements: self-efficacy, expectations of results, and personal objectives ( Watson, Nota & McMahon 2015). Self-efficiency means the individual's convictions need to succeed. This is why the main sources of self-efficiency include physics and affection, vicarious learning, societal conviction, and ultimately personal achievement. Outcomes expectations are portrayed as beliefs that determine the personal commitment to the particular sort of work or outcome and its impact concerning the outcome of the performance of our behaviors.

The following problems can be outlined as the main components of the SCCT model. First, the model of SCCT focuses on the development of interest; second, human beings are drawn by the activities they feel able to carry out and achieve such performance; the main interrelations between human attitudes, results, expectations for values, and self-efficacy are expected from a theoretical point of view. Finally, in light of the shared experience amongst representatives of the different social groupings, the notions of sex and race as questionable problems are explored ( Tran & Von Korflesch 2016). The key statements can be described as the main concepts of the model: The principal reason for the probable removal of job options includes situations where the belief or expectations of results are faulty. The overall tendency is that the higher the hurdles to work, the less susceptible individuals are to such occupations. If the automatic failure and the expected results are altered, the likelihood of fresh, successful experiences will occur.

In light of the three main phases of success, the SCCT may be represented: to determine the forecast employment alternatives, analyze barrier perceptions, and change self-efficiency beliefs. Secondly, L established the notion of inclusive life planning. Sunny Hansen would consider the basic concepts of social justice, social transformation, connectivity, diversity, spirituality, and integrated inventory planning ( Hansen, 2011). Finally, the main features of L developed the Theory of Integrative Life Planning (ILP). Sunny Hansen: to focus on adult growth, to build a new perspective of the world, to handle diversity concerns, global integration, personal agency orientation, and, ultimately, to focus more emphasis on the problem of links.

The following key assumptions of the ILP can be outlined. First of all, knowledge changes demand a new approach to knowledge and its treatment. Secondly, the author adopts a critical approach to limiting self-knowledge kinds and social knowledge; the final two assumptions of the ILP mean that career professionals should be taken into account concerning the agents of change and the relevance of links ( McDonald & Hite 2015).  The next phase of the research involves the next tasks of career growth, which theory assumes. Firstly, it is necessary to find such a work that requires the practical application of changes into the global context of this concept. Secondly, human tastes need to be woven into a large and meaningful whole. Further attention needs to be paid to develop a career to integrate family values into the work requirements. The last theoretical work is a thorough study of the purpose of the life and spirituality of the human being ( McDonald & Hite 2015).  The final problem of the IPL is the intervening effects of the inclusive planning theory presented in the context of this research. The theory's development tasks should be concentrated on the following questions: First of all, it is necessary to have a comprehensive grasp of the work and comprehend the interconnection being the main complements to the mission. The third point t is to prioritize tasks following ten individual requirements and values. The last core value of the results of ILP Theory is an approach to life planning that relies on connectivity, community, and general elements.

In this study, the latest career theory is the study theory of career advice created by John Krumboltz. This idea tends towards developing social learning and job choices - the factors needed to succeed in today's society ( LaFromboise, Williams & Jackson 2019). The main characteristics of this theory include learning experience, self-observation, generalizations, global views, skills, action, and planned events. In establishing the theory, the author stresses that the knowledge may be obtained from two sources through the observation process of personal life experience ( Brooks 2019).  The author described the four variables that affect the development of a profession: basic genetic abilities and the individual's specific characteristics that set the scope of the individual career prospects.

The second component is the conditions in the surroundings and the current social events. The person cannot control these circumstances, and some occurrences contribute to developing particular competencies in professional activity. The third element is the learning experience, which entails instrumental and associative learning experience and gives a negative and positive attitude to a previously neutral circumstance in individual formats(Bimrose, 2018).. The final component is the abilities of the work. The following options in the studying theory of career counseling can be taken into consideration as a result of the above factors: the possibility to increase the individual's capabilities and interests; the possibility to prepare himself and change his job tasks; the need of people to be empowered to take certain actions;

Conclusion

In short, the essential elements in the professional success of the individual should be taken into consideration. The professional personalities and the notion of the work environment are based on the individual's characteristics and career choices. At the same time, the theory of learning career counseling considers social learning and career choice as essential objectives if the individual's professional development is carried out. The notion of a social cognitive career is focused on the evolution and social choice of a cognitive career. And the integrated theory of life planning makes the contextual career choice and major adjustment objectives of career advice and psychological help.

All the theories mentioned above use different tools for achieving their goals – some of them are orientated towards integrative processes between individuals and society. In contrast, others are directed towards the description, such as personalities' key special characteristics and practical application. In short, the integrative characteristic for all of the above-mentioned theoretical career approaches – its choosing and growth – should be outlined as fully met because one would tend to modify it with the sort of activity one does. That is why professional counseling is an important aspect of career choice since the psychological approach to the solution of this problem can help the individual understand his inner demands and determine the direction for the development of their individuals.
