Success, in this case, would ensure that the improvement of processes, service, and products produced in the organization as prescribed in the continuous improvement model. The challenge at Google comes in whereby encouraging innovation; the organization tends to encourage competition which may be risky in a way. To solve this, the management, as well as employees, should be trained on how to build each other’s innovation without creating unhealthy competition. In conclusion, the open and collaborative forms of communication can be integrated gradually through systematic training and implementation to yield the desired outcome.
