In writing a paper about a specific institution that already exists it is important that one knows the material facts. The paper has a lot of information in regard to Cedars-Sinai medical group signaling that the writer deep knowledge of the organization. In general terms, one would say that the author done a good job in the assignment except for the few areas of improvement that will be highlighted in the coming sections of this response.

One of the sections that were tackled very well is the one focusing on the strategy laid out by Cedars-Sinai Medical Group. The strategy is well defined including the target clients that the medical group wants to serve. This is in line with information contained in the organization`s website (About us, 2020). The author also defined how they plan to grow their reputation in the industry which goes a long way in bettering their strategy. The emergent strategy is also well laid out and one does not struggle to understand what the company wants to do and to achieve. One can, therefore, understand why the organization would be named amongst the best hospitals. The writer has done an incredible job in researching and noting this.

An area that I feel can be improved is on how the author would change the strategy. While the writer has laid praises on the strategy, the work fails to categorically state the exact changes the author would make to the strategy (Cedars-Sinai implementation, 2016). If one feels that the strategy is perfect, then it is essential proceed to state that and defend it. For instance, a good strategy should consider means to minimize resistance (Community Toolbox, 2019). Hospitals further must consider the community and other stakeholders in deriving effective strategies (Health Research and Educational Trust, 2014). Otherwise, it is not clear which parts of the strategy should change.

In conclusion, I would highly rate the answers especially on grammar and articulate answers that are easy to read and understand. All the questions except the one on changing the strategy have been fully answered which is a good thing. The level of knowledge on the organization is also astounding which helps in improving the answer.
