Diverse means not being in agreement with somebody or something. Also, it refers to the situation where people are differing from one another. They have different interests. A diverse population is a variety of individuals that entail several characteristics against what may deem as the norm or majority. Any big nation is always expected to be having a diverse population because of immigrants coming into the country. Wherever there are variouspeople, it is anticipated that not all of them will cooperate and work effectively as expected. Most of the people will like to operate with somebody who they share the same skin color, culture and may be beliefs. Therefore, diverse population always comes with challenges ranging from racial to economic and evening the education sector.

We are foremost going to look at the problems that exist in education sector because of population diversity. The primary problem that exists in the school part because of diverse populations is the issue of the students working side by side. That is very common in the education zone. Most of the student will tend to operate and run their activities with those that are like them. The ones who have same color and culture will usually work together and live the rest behind without even caring. Those students will tend to develop individualperspective against the other children that are not like them. Therefore, they will usually end up avoiding them. That one leads to poor performance in the education sector as a whole because it becomes toughfor the students to concentrate in class.

The next challenge that existsbetween diverse student populations is the issue of validating their home culture and language. In a diverse population, it is automatically expected that the students will not be sharing the same home culture and language. The teachers will thus be having a tough in proving their culture and language. Since they cannot be sure of individualchild culture and language. That issue makes it difficult for the teachers to teach openly and accurately. The teachers will have the fear that they can say something that is offensive to another person’s culture. At times the teacher may become unable to explain the individual issue in a particular language because of fear of miscounting the word of someone else’s language in a wrong way. Therefore, the education system, therefore, does not run smoothly as expected.

The other challenge that comes about diverse populations in education is the issue of high dropout rate. The high dropout is experienced mostly by the students who are not from the majority population. Those students always enroll to the schools with little knowledge of the education system of a given country. The students from the minority group will always find it difficult to understand whatever they arebeing thought in class because of the difference in the education system. Moreover again they are mostly ignored in the classroomby both the students and the teachers thusthey rarely get somebody to explain to them what they never understood in class. That always lead to most of the finding it tough to survive in schools because they will always be pressurized to pass in examinations yet they are not getting anything in class. The result will always be to leave school. Due to that the level of school drop out by the minority population becomes very high.

The other challenge of adiverse population in education is the issue of failure by schools systems. The children from the minority community will always be set up in learning institutions that do not understand them correctly. Those schools will always be concentrating and prioritizing the needs of the majority population. That tends to affect the minority community because in most cases they will usually be avoided in some very vital issues that directly affect them. Theirinterest will also not be put into consideration because those schools do not mind about them.

Other than challenges in the education sector because of population diversity we also have problems in the economic sector. One of the greatestproblems of population’s diversity in the industrial sector is the issue of resistance to change. Change is something that is invertible, and it is of very importance to the economy. Change is what brings economic development. The existence of population diversity will always lead to some people not accepting that their cultural and social make-ups are evolving in a country. Therefore they will always tend to resist that evolution. As a result, change in the country wall not quickly takes place. The result will be that the country will continue dragging in the past issue thus they will not move forward. Thus, the economics of the country will be dragged behind.

Implementation is the other major challenge of theeconomy in a diverse population. People may see community diversity as a good thing in a country, but they may not be awarethat it might also be a source of a major problem in the country. Countries with diverse populations always find it to implement changes when the time reaches. For such a country they always have to develop strategies for implementation, analyze results and make necessary changes when they fail to meet the established goals. The application period may lead to a lot of challenges to every stakeholder of that country. Frustration may be felt by those people because the application period might not be as smooth as expected. The people may not agree because of difference in culture and beliefs of the people from different places. Therefore, theimplantation may be very rough leading to slow economic growth in a given country(Butler, 2010).

The economy may also be affected by thediversepopulation because of challenges in the business sector. There might be theexistence of majority hegemony in most firms in the country with variouspopulations. The issue of a homogeneous culture being created in business by the majority population may pose a very substantial threat to the people in that country. As a result, the company that will be set up will only be promoting certain cultures that are not considering the minority population in that nation. The hegemony may create tension in a country. Therefore, most business will not easily be thriving in the country because of that. Therefore the economy of that country is going to be left behind because of that (Thurow, 2011).

The other challenge that exists in adiverse population is the issue of racism. In a diverse population, it is expected that people with different culture and skin color will be together. The majority population will usually tend to dominate in most of the activities in the country because of racism. Those from the minority community will always be avoided and their issues not taken into consideration. They will usually be unemployed thus finding it difficult to sustain themselves. As a result, they always end up living in the penniless environment.

The other racial challenge in a diverse population is the few representation in the government. The minority individuals in the country will not be equally represented in the government as compared to the majority population in the country(Memmi, 2014). Therefore, their interest will in most cases be avoided. That will lead to frictions in the country because the minority population will be feeling as if they are neglected and oppressed. Racism will also increase in that country. Therefore, the minority will not do not have equal opportunities as the majority population. That will make it tough for those people to develop themselves and since they cannot develop themselves, they will also be unable to develop the country. They will, therefore, act as a massive load to such a country. Other than that the issue of peace is also going to be compromised in such a country.
