He also goes from place to place checking on progress to ensure that the mission gets accomplished. In addition, the commander ensures that all equipment used satisfies the highest possible standards and hence ensures excellent training. 

Similarly, all members of the CBRNE team pledge to display honesty, justice and consistency in word and deed. In fact, the department of defense ensures that total dedication to integrity receives first priority as the situation demands ( Security department, 2015) . Given the nature of activities and possible impact of dishonesty, the institution ensures that all individuals get this value totally inculcated in them. These things appear conspicuously on the uniforms of these individuals and also form part of the team’s motto. In fact, all military training has service and justice on the fore front to ensure that the actions speak for the words. 

The indicators of integrity in these individuals depict in the manner of taking accountability for any mishaps in the institution. They ensure close communication with stakeholders on areas that require rectification and actually carry out the said reforms. Similarly, they depict reliability by being there for everyone and addressing every situation that arises in the institution ( Johnson et al., 2016 ). As a matter of fact, they hold certain moral values and principles that keep them doing the right thing with utmost transparency. Moreover, they show a constant behavior and urge to learn new things for personal growth. They not only challenge others to achieve greatness but achieve it for others to emulate. 

From what I have learned, integrity and honesty remain as crucial elements in everyday life. Similar to dealing with Chemical, biological, nuclear, radiological, or explosive training drills or exercises, life requires excellence as no second chances present to anybody. Ultimately, I have learned that integrity and excellence save time and money that gets spent on rectifying areas done without integrity and excellence.
