Part 1:

Most people deem that low-income family affects the level of education negatively because a child will not have the means to go to college or even get admitted to a proper elementary school. On the other hand, studies prove that children who come from small earning families perform better in schools than those from wealthy backgrounds. That is because students from low-income families perceive learning as their key to their future while learners from rich backgrounds presume they know where their future lies. Elementary school is significant to the primary and future development of a child’s learning. Suppose a child has a learning disability at this stage, it can be easily corrected compared to college level. Hence, it would be better for an entire population K-2 (Kindergarten-second grade) to be educated and supported by the government.

Part 2

Unlike the United States of America, children in developing nations do not get a chance to enjoy quality education. Americans enjoy a free quality learning system while in developing countries like in Western Asia, parents are forced to pay some fee in exchange for knowledge. Ideally, children from rural surrounding have a higher probability of not attending school than those in urban areas. Moreover, 20% of children from well-off families have a high likelihood of attending schools than 20% from most impoverished families (Do Something.org, n.d.). In other words, poverty is the main obstacle to receiving education. In some areas like Pena Blanca, the language barrier is the principal hindrance to education. Another challenge is quality in the education rendered. Most school drop-outs claim that the teachers do not provide quality in what they teach thus making education boring and less meaningful to them (Christopher, 2013).

Education should be a priority in developing nations to support economc growth (Rueckert, 2018). States with poor quality education rely on labor from other countries thus making the state’s economy more expensive. Instead, the government should support its people’s learning system to have its workforce. Moreover, education should be supported in developing countries because it will help in combating climate change (Rueckert, 2018). Instead of the government investing in preventing climate effects such as floods, it should fund the education of its citizens thus developing their skills and knowledge of controlling such climatic impacts (MCSWEENY, 2014). The overall strategy that leaders in developing states may use to help their people escape poverty through education is by funding their education system as well as training tutors to ensure quality is met in classrooms.

Companies can differ in executive reimbursement based on a firm’s expectations. However, every organization has its compensation plan in that it is both in monetary plus non-monetary form. The package entails salary, bonuses, health insurance plus any other supplemental return such as free parking and meals. Therefore, the assumption is that most large firms have a higher compensation plan for their senior managers compared to small-size organizations. Most of them deserve the pay while driving the company’s goals toward its mission and vision thus ensuring its success. It is a good idea for United Airline to introduce a new salary structure to the managerial department so that they can focus more on rendering better experience and quality to consumers. The idea seems like a threat mainly to the United Airline's CEO Oscar Munoz after the incident that captured people’s attention whereby Dr. Dao was dragged out of his seat that was claimed to be for the airline’s employees. It is a strategy for making executive managers more committed to tracking their customers’ feedback as a way of boosting their reimbursement.
