Diabetes type 1 is caused by the deconstruction of the pancreatic beta cells with insulin deficiency. Interventions to Prevent Diabetes Risk

Among the interventions that reduce the risk of diabetes among people include glucose levels in the blood. This is maintained by watching the kind of food consumed by the patient. Additionally, it can be controlled using medication and modifying the patient's lifestyle (Punthakee et al., 2018). For instance, people are expected to remain active, avoid obesity and stress, and eat a healthy diet to reduce the chances of developing diabetes type 2.

Concerns

The primary question triggered by the article is regarding the prevalence of monogenic diabetes. The publication asserts that the rare form of diabetes, monogenic is genetic and often available in individuals aged 25 years and below. The concern is whether the disease continues existing when youths grow order or not. Another concern is whether monogenic diabetes more serious than type1 and two diabetes.
