Question 1

The Dancing Wheels and Ai Weiwei brought numerous evils that resulted in a totalitarian government. It hs brought about addressing the inequalities that are in society. The dancing skills have been used to communicate to the public on how people with disabilities are mistreated. The mistreatment seems to originate from those who do not know their subjects, and the dancing has been used to demonstrate that even with a disability, a person can dance like those who do not have any disability. The Ai Weiwei has been used to advocate for freedom and address the human rights that the government has undermined.

Question 2

Art, unlike the speech, can cut across the barriers of nationality, ethnicity, language, and race to communicate a message. This happens because art is not limited to expression, and it uses the simplicity of the message to make the viewer understand what is communicated. It is understood through perception by use of sight, and from that, they can respond.

Question 3

The effect of raising awareness is to provoke people to consider a change or even for pushing for change in the manner in which the society is governed. Therefore, the art has a capability of speaking emotions to the audience, whether positive or negative, hence prompting them to act as per the perceived information.

Question 4

Publicity may have either adverse or positive effects in communicating. Through publicity, the message has been made available to those in the world. Through Ai Weiwei and Dancing Wheels, the messages have reached different people from different beliefs, cultures, and nationalities. Secondly, it is through the publicity that the audiences have been united to support the message that is communicated as they advocate for necessary change. The adverse effect is that it causes some of the artists to undergo unpleasant experiences for their work to be publicized. For example, Ai Weiwei is classified as a public menace by the government hence being denied privileges to publicize and travel. The publicity also exposes the mind and thoughts of the artists to those who are against them and can harm these artists as a measure of stopping the revolutions of the public.
