Corporate social responsibility plays a significant role in ensuring that an organization achieves its objectives. Although it is intended to address an organization’s assistance to the community, many organizations have utilized the abilities of corporate social responsibilities to market themselves. Considering that the environment is important in supporting a community life, corporates should ensure that they initiate effective programs that will work towards ensuring that they conserve the environment. The recent change of climate is what provides an opportunity for corporates to show willingness in combatting the adverse effects brought by the changes. Thus, it calls for effective measures to ensure that the causes are addressed even as corporates focus on their goals. This can be achieved through the planting of trees, educating residences on the importance of conserving the environment and disposing of their waste materials in proper ways.

Secondly, corporates can utilize the aspects of giving back to the community as a form of being responsible. This can be through engaging in charitable events and volunteer efforts in my society. This can be through giving monetary and non-monetary donations, sponsoring sport-related activities and building schools. These two important initiatives will positively impact me and influence my perception of a certain corporate. Therefore, corporate social responsibility should be obliged to initiate such programs to influence my loyalty and satisfaction.
