Potential Barriers to Change
Change in organizations experience difficulties in ensuring that people receive information associated with increased barriers to change. In the proposed amendment, there is a potential barrier to implementing change. Practitioner related change results in situations where people do not have adequate information associated with diversity in the workplace. In this case, healthcare systems may be against the change because they think it will lead to high employee turnover (Huot et al., 2019). Jordan community healthcare has access to education, showing that there is likelihood for avoiding the level of recruiting workers from different regions and community. Implementing change in Jordan Community healthcare should be facilitated by increasing budget allocation. This problem can be solved by receiving funds form members of the public. Government allocation of funds should be boosted by raising funds from the audience.
The drivers for change in Jordan community healthcare are the increasing population that increase demand for healthcare services. As the population continues to grow, there is a mismatch between healthcare demand and facilities capable of addressing the needs of people in the community. St. Francis Health Services does not have adequate facilities for addressing the needs of people in the population. Jordan Community Healthcare System stakeholders need to develop mechanisms for improving the healthcare challenges facing the community.
The problems need to be addressed by establishing a team-based problem-solving approach. The barriers experienced in the country result from conflicting interests of people in the community. Team-based problem-solving approach will be in a position to present the needs of people from different neighborhoods, including the minority groups (Overcoming the Barriers to Change in Healthcare Systems,” 2012). The process will be used by facilitating contact with peers, thus creating ideas from society. Stakeholders need to have adequate information about the change presented in the form of a business case. This strategy will ensure that stakeholders develop an interest in supporting the amendment.
Stakeholder Communications
The change in the organization will have a significant impact on key stakeholders. The key stakeholders include patients, physicians, government, employers, and pharmaceutical firms. Insurance companies sell health coverage plans directly to people in the community who assist in offering patients a successful treatment approach. As a result, they have a significant influence in promoting treatment equality to people in society (Admin, 2011). Healthcare insurance companies can also increase the opportunity for ensuring that they offer financial support to improving healthcare in the community. Pharmaceutical firms will play a role in promoting producing and distributing facilities and medicine used in addressing the needs of patients in society. Government is the essential source of funds needed in facilitating the implementation of healthcare change in the population. As a result, the government needs to be implemented in offering financial support and offering treatment services to the minority groups. The change will have an impact on physicians because they play a role in maximizing the level of healthcare quality in society. Physicians will provide information related to the essential facilities needed in addressing the needs of patients from Jordan Community.
The change is likely to affect the Jordan community through reallocation of physicians and the allocation of funds to implement the change. Decision-makers need to evaluate the value of the benefits and costs associated with the shift, thus preventing barriers that would affect the implementation of the change.
