In this manner, the faith of the criminal justice in the United States is won by the fairness of its judgment.

The US criminal justice agencies comprise of three basic units. To begin with the Law Enforcement, which consists of the Homeland security, Police officers and the FBI (Straus, 2017). Ethnicity

The United States criminal justice Agencies has had numerous changes that have to lead it to its success. Ethics are the behavioral ideas that one upholds and governing one’s professional value and occupation (Straus, 2017). In addition to, they are a system of behavior distinguishing behavior from rules based on one's ideas. Criminal justice agencies in the US have a guidance rule that governs them within the working scope. However, the ethics and rights of the criminal justice agencies tend to have significant changes over the years. To begin with, different departments have different ethics that are practiced as mandated by the complying law. More so ethical changes in the Criminal agencies vary depending on each agency department (Guerino et al.,.2011). Different departments construct their own ethics rules in line with the standard basics rules which are incorporated with office oath to be pledged by each departmental member (Blumstein and Wallman. 2006).

Changing race

The criminal agencies has sore over the period with several changes being carried out to foster the bond of trust between the nation and its citizen. This case is due to prove the commitment of the agency to the US citizens. Over the period, racism factor has significantly affected the criminal Justice agencies, with the white people been dominant over for ages. This portrays a feeling of favor which results in the development of a rift between the whites and other races. However, has triggered the Criminal Justice Agencies to make positive changes to the units. In this manner, the Agency has began by bringing in additional races into the forces to win back the trust of its deprived citizens. Additionally, equal opportunities are offered as well as promotions across all the units. Through this act, teamwork enhancement has been noted all across the groups with the primary goal to serve the American citizens (Guerino et al.,.2011)

Gender

Previously the male sex profoundly dominated the criminal justice agencies, with more attention being focused on the military and other units of defense to the US. In this manner the most significant share of cake profoundly fell on the male gender, minimal opportunities were offered to the female sex or none at some point. However, the need to create a positive image to the citizens of US was necessary. This brought about recruitment of the female gender to win back the trust and shows the commitment of the agencies. As a result, this leads to gender equality. In this manner, the US has resulted in having as much number of the female agents serving in different units as the same number of the male gender.

Lifestyle composition

Over the period of years, several changes have taken place. First and foremost, the safety of the criminal justice Agencies is a sole priority for the US nation. As a result, the state offers numerous benefits to the Agencies in various units (Straus, 2017). This ranges from the lifestyle to medical allowances. To begin with, risk allowance is a key motivation to the harsh condition faced by each unit in a dynamic environment on a daily basis. With these changes in place, the United States’ citizens are entirely convinced that their criminal justice agencies are fully capable of offering any defense regardless of the current environment.

Challenges faced in recruiting women and minority in criminal justice

In the US, criminal justice Agencies have the role of hiring people regardless of their gender. However, this has firmly faced significant opposition from the male counterparts. For the women, family responsibility is another critical problem encountered by the female which seems to be inherited from the society at large. Additionally, male’s negative attitude towards the female agencies over their competence also has been a dominant factor during and even after the recruitment. Secondly, sexual harassment and fear to report the abuse to the relevant authorities also stands to be a major challenge. Lastly, luck of enough working equipment and proper sanitation in the working environment. This profoundly limits the productivity of the female gender (Straus, 2017).

The US Criminal Justice has gone through a transition of reforms, which calls the agencies in the hiring of more minority officers. More so it turns out that this is not easy either way. In the early 1980s 1 in 5 officers belonged to the racial minority. However, this is significantly changing over the years, with an improvement of 1 minority officer to 4. In addition to the above, lack of enough recruits possesses a significant challenge to keep this trend on the go. It is for this matter that the agencies opt to carry out the recruitment from black schools.

Verbal and nonverbal communication style difference across culture

Though the female gender has been active in the workforce, Issues of biases amongst male gender are still on horizon deterring the women from fulfilling their leadership goals. Different cultures have different communication styles that have only specific meanings to the member of the culture. This includes verbal and nonverbal communication to perceive the intended message. This method comprises touch, eye contact as well as paralinguistic communication. To begin with, gestures have different meaning depending on different cultures. In the US “OK” phrase means agreement. However, this is different from other nations like Japan where the phrase is used to refer to money. Other Eastern Europe nations pensive it as an offensive act of swearing.

The US Criminal Justice is fostered with a code of communication between the two genders that helps to keep official profession; this includes gesture posture, touch and eye contact. To begin with, eye contact is used to secretly pass information between the two genders during the working environment. In addition to this method of communication, both gender use the technique to save much of time without raising any suspicion to the victims. Secondly, use of touch for proper communication, the Justice unit primarily uses minimal official touches to communicate while in the field secretly eg light touch on the shoulder. Lastly the use of posture that is used to convey power structure and attitude by the female. In conclusion, handshakes are regarded as an official way of an agreement that is highly practiced by many Agencies in the United States (Straus, 2017).
