Based on the two decision-making issues, faced by this organization, the most appropriate approach to these challenges is to make sure that they focus on the rational decision-making process. The rational decision-making model is apt for this organization since it helps make sure that all decisions are executed in stages (Abubakar et al., 2019). In doing so, the embraced actions are considerate of the company’s goals and how to maximize them without necessarily jeopardizing the quality of their outcomes.
