Research Problem
The research explores two different learning sessions associated with the bed bath procedure. Nursing students need practical skills to prepare them for real life situations ( Solvik & Struksnes , 2018) . The research explores how best students can simulate patient situations during internship.
Hypothesis
The study was guided by the hypothesis that training increased the confidence of nursing students and their perception of the clinical process. The study used the findings of the control group and the project group to determine how the learning process of the bed bath procedure affected students.

The sample was chosen through a random selection process to ensure that there was no bias in the selection process. Other methods were deemed unsuitable when selecting the sample since personal preferences and perceptions might influence the process negatively.

The hypothesis in the study is that complex factors affect the decision by older patients from low income communities to participate in fall prevention programs due to their knowledge, beliefs and attitude.
