According to Fried (2011), the ADDIE model generally stands for analysis, design, develop, implement, and evaluation. This model makes sure the why, who, where, how, and what at the time of training are addressed. Analysis-those patients that are walk-ins are the ones that are supposed to be checked in first, to check what the emergency might be. From there, the nurse will be the one to determine whether a patient is required to see the doctor immediately. Or whether the patient should be walked towards the waiting room until patients' time to see the doctor comes, ( Mexia, Ponce & Franco, 2017)

There is Design; if a patient requires blood transfusion that will be done immediately by a phlebotomist, and then those other patients can wait in the waiting bay known as the waiting room. Here the patients are to be divided as per their needs; for example, there those who need ER room services and other-ray services. Develop is another one; the nurses here see patients first for history and check-up. Then they will be led to the appropriate rooms when their turn comes up.

Furthermore, they ensure all patients have been given some to relieve pain, for example, those who are having headache/migraines' or throwing up, among others, Hsu et al. (2014). Implement: in this phase, CAN's are sent to check on patients who are at the waiting bay in order to see what their status is, as well as checking when the rooms are in availability so that the next patient is checked. And finally, the Evaluate phase: this giving a survey at the end of care so as to see feedback, where the need for improved is noticed, to Cheung, (2016)

The survey method is the method I would use for knowledge transfer because it is a very effective method. It gives me a platform to notice where I need to improve based on samples of questions like conflict solution or patient safety. And finally, getting feedback from the surveys or through issuing questionnaires will make me know whether my training objectives have been met.
