An Individual who has been in the down most financial situation knows best what it means to get a helping hand when one cannot liberate oneself from such a condition. The above can typically define a communist society where one can get a helping hand and also give a helping hand regarding resource scavenging. China, one of the fastest developing nations in the world is likely not only to benefit politically by fostering communism but is also likely to benefit economically to a large extent.

With a population of 1.379 billion people, 80 million of these individuals live on less than one dollar a day, and hence categorized as individuals living in poverty according to the UN conventions. As a system in which ownership of property is communal and the organization of labor is in such a way that it benefits each and every member of the given community, with communism, it is possible to lift a significant number of the above individuals above the poverty line. The above is evidenced by the communist revolution that was propagated by Mao Zedong after Boxer Rebellion of 1900, one which served to not only lift a lot of individuals out of poverty but also gave many a sense of unity and hope for a better future.

To the Chinese citizens, communism also has numerous advantages. Other than being an embodiment of equality, it is also a system which influences better access to healthcare, education opportunities as well as employment opportunities by many of its citizens. The above is mainly because it is a system that ensures equal resource allotment to all its community members. With this, development is likely to be faster as there is no a huge gap between the rich and the poor. Besides the above, it does not allow business monopolies. This is advantageous as there is a fair ground for the growth of small businesses, making the economy to be boosted by both small as well as large well-established businesses.
