A growing number of people think that life ends at death, but the afterlife plan is not yet clear. Religion has been used in an attempt to explain some of these challenges faced by human beings and their solutions. Additionally, it elaborates the origin of people and their afterlife plans. It has told us that everything is ultimately all right which keeps people motivated. The common thing about majority religions is the faith which revolves around communication. People need to understand their religion to be able to communicate it to others about their belief and practice (Ellison, 2017). To be able to advance, religious groups should embrace diversity. The following is an analysis of the Dharma community and their religion.
Community Structure
The community is situated in the southern part of the planet earth in an island named Jeedism. It is made up of ten tribes living in different villages with a total population of approximately three thousand individuals. Being a hierarchical society, the males control of the women and children which is the primary form of leadership (Rudolph, 2018). The children are also expected to respect age differences among themselves where the young ones should address their older siblings using respectful terms. The community is also headed by ten elders from the respective tribes who act as political and religious leaders. The leaders serve a lifetime term hence, for the past forty years, there has been no change in leadership. When compared to other global nations, their form of administration can be termed to be informal.

One of the great themes pervading the community life is interdependence. People are born into groups which include families and clans, and they grow having a great sense of inseparability from these groups. Lack of social support is termed as one of the greatest fear, and it might lead to exclusion. Almost everywhere everyone goes, he can find a relative he can expect support or assistance. The economic classes in society are not significant because most people rely on small-scale farming as the primary source of income. However, wealth is classified regarding harvest, children, and livestock. The island is isolated from other countries on the planet hence the supplies of Dharma are met in-house.
New Religion
Despite the unity portrayed by the community members, the society lacks a formal religion. One of the main reason is that people meet as families and clans, but they rarely hold public meetings. Additionally, the leadership technique has been in place for more than forty years hence making it hard to make new changes. As a form of change, a new religion is being introduced in the community to help unify the members through a supernatural being. It has no end, and there is no afterlife for those who neglect the beliefs.
The religion will comprise of one God who rules over all the tribes. However, it is not possible for anyone to communicate with him in person. The reason why God is not available in person is that, believing in something without actually seeing it is what strengthens people's faith. There is also an Angel named Gabriel who connects people to their God. It is believed that Gabriel can be recognized by white light through which he communicates to people while in their dreams. He appears to people in angelic persona and sometimes as a human being. Some of the main roles of Gabriel is to offer guidance, help solve problems, give messages in dreams and predict the future. The electromagnetic energy of the angel can only be seen by those who believe in God and have repented their sins.
The main aim of the religion is to unite the tribes into one community. As a result, religious rituals will be held once every month where people will be meeting in one of the villages located at the central point of the island. The council of elders will also be religious leaders. The essence of the meeting is to emphasize on the need for faith and unity. It is at this time that the angel will interact with the community members to deliver Gods message to them. There will be no faith doctrine in that all rules will be spelled out by Gabriel during these ritual events. On meeting, people will have time to confess, praise and give thanks as an expression of gratefulness to God. The prayer session involves inviting each family to the altar where they will speak out their needs to Gabriel who will be listening. After the event, all prayer needs will be mentioned out, and each family will be obliged to one or two items which they will pray for until the next monthly meeting.
One exemption is that children will not be allowed to attend religious events with their parents. Instead, they will have their separate meeting area where they will practice some sacred dances and music. They will also be taught some of the values that revolve around spirituality, faith, hope, and even morality. The community does not have a formal education hence children will learn through stories and songs. The aged will also be permitted to attend the event at will based on their health conditions and age bracket.
Conclusion
Religion should be founded based on peace, happiness, and love for one another. In ten years, it is expected that the community will become a more populated region. As a result, introducing religion means that the society will develop its culture under these beliefs hence people will become more united despite their populace rates.
