The health of a living creatures functions in connection to the environment it has been exposed to; Regulation of the body temperature is an indication of health, the normal body temperature of a person is 37 degrees Celsius, and above this, it shows an effect or health-related condition ( Seinfeld, & Pandis, 2016).  In a scenario of talking a walk with a guest, checking the weather would be one of the most important considerations to be checked. This, therefore, indicates that, under hot temperatures, it would not be easy to walk or conduct the trip the body would be exposed to an unhealthy condition.

Temperature changes in a 24 hour period which therefore makes it difficult to predict the temperature that would be experienced when one goes out at a particular time. In this case, taking a walk in a location in Ohio at 42°N latitude would be possible since it reveals atmospheric stability. At this latitude, the body temperature can be maintained which makes it easy for the walk to be implemented. This is because it does not create an increase in the temperature on the earth surface ( Raiten, & Combs, 2019) . However, when the temperature of the earth surface increases, the normal performance of the body will be affected.

Atmospheric stability describes the process by which the air in the atmosphere is calm. This is also relevant with the humidity which allows describes the amount of water vapour in air. However, when a change of humidity is observed particularly when humidity increases, the walk will be cancelled for another day since maintenance of the body temperature becomes difficult (Emanuel, 2018). Changes in humidity also indicates an increase in the density of air molecules which makes it difficult for production of body energy. Thus it would be appropriate to reschedule the walk for another day.
