Regarding diversity, I was glad to appreciate that fact that although the Hispanics made only 1% of the American population in the 1950s, prospects predict that by 2050, they will make up to a quarter of the US population (Hispanics in America. On the part of human rights, Hispanics have largely performed dismally in ensuring that individual liberties were observed. From my educational field experience, I have made several observations regarding the within-group diversity in the Hispanic clients as relates to culture, identity, difference, and social context. First, other than using English as a primary language, they also speak a lot of Spanish. As such, this will ensure zero-rated racism, xenophobia, and discrimination across the social, economic, and political spectrum.
