Learning is the process, which every person has to do during his/her life. Every person has been learning from the moment they were born to when he/she dies. It is the only way for people to live a normal life. Majority of people enroll in learning institutions to attain knowledge while others reach their knowledge from their personal experiences. Both approaches offer us lots of priceless and important insight. It is very vital for every person to attain proficiency in spite of living in a competitive world. Moreover, learning is a dependable source of ideas, facts, customs, and norms. For people to learn an important fundament of a tradition, they have to read and digest the concept from books. The detailed explanations from learning are sufficient for a person to know and comprehend theoretical concepts. Majority of the fields require students to first learn the theory and then perform the practice. 

Krishnamurti, the Indian Philosopher, argued that education or learning has no end. He continually claimed that people do not read a book, pass examinations and put an end to education (Krishnamurti, 2010). The entire life from the time a person is born to the moment he/she dies is a course of learning. Learning is, therefore, a process that a person tries to attain a particular knowledge for prearranged reasons. It is irrefutable that individuals learn every moment. For instance, an infant learns how to cry, and breastfeed. With time, the child will also learn how to crawl and then walk. After some years of learning essential surviving tactics, the child goes through the world of more profound knowledge and implements it as a paramount key in life.

Nonetheless, academic knowledge is not everything. Majority of scholars have also argued that not all knowledge that is acquired is contained in learning or books. Classroom learning can give student moments of relaxation, but it cannot offer deep comprehension and understanding concerning life (Perfetti, 2017). Neither can pass an exam or graduate from the university can prepare a student on how to handle life challenges. Credentials are records of what a student has learned but are not pertinent to the skills you need to have to live a peaceable and healthy life. Life is not about recalling theories learnt in school; you should know how to apply them in real life experiences. 

Likewise, knowledge from experience and learning has a similar source, which can be defined as real life. Whereas experience is what individuals attain from the world revolving them, knowledge from learning records it. Amazingly, humankind will always observe and reflect concerning things surrounding them where they conserve the knowledge attained in many ways such as in books and literature. No wonder, people travel from all corners of the world to see many things and preserve the knowledge learned for the future generation. As a consequence, through reading literature, students learn concerning many places that they have never visited. For example, an African can get to know about the Eiffel tower through information in books. Further, a student can learn about theories, which were established by ancient philosophers and scientists that lived many years ago. Human knowledge has a deep root in life, and life is a continuous source of the non-stop learning process that needs to be discovered as it inspires individuals. 

Knowledge attained from learning cannot be evaluated with expertise achieved from experience. This is because education and especially from books provides people with a lot of conception and theories, but do not give people the opportunities to implement the knowledge. It is always said that practice makes perfect and it is only when education is practiced can a student understand what is being explained in books. It is possible for students to see what they learn with their own eyes and it can be fascinating and make students more engaged in the knowledge they have attained (Van Manen, 2016). It is apparent that knowledge from learning and experience offer individuals with knowledge, but the people approach and respond to these two types of expertise different and people will always attain different results. 

Knowledge attained from learning is selected, structured, and arranged meticulously from what scholars think concerning life. Hence, it is simple to follow and comprehend. For instance, when reading a book, students need only to know what is being explained. On the contrary, when people practice lessons in real life, they need to examine, reflect, and brainstorm grasp the archetypal knowledge. Even if a student implements the progression of achieving information smoothly, can have the wrong conclusion, which is hard for you to know until you compare your outcome with a real life scenario for you to identify your mistake (Van Manen, 2016). The danger of obtaining wrong theory and perception makes practicing for experience an exciting and yet a hard way to acquire knowledge. 

Every person can learn from different literature as they are readily available. For instance, a person can purchase various documentaries from a bookstore without any challenge. They only need to identify what they want and pay. Additionally, people can quickly learn from books, and knowledge gained from these sources have been developed from other people like scholars, professors, friends, and even people you have never met. Since expertise from learning is attained from what other people hear and observe from their real life. It can be defined as static knowledge, which is acquired passively. On the contrary, knowledge acquired from experience entails a person to dig deep, practice much and reflect much where these efforts establish actual knowledge, which is actively obtained. People can never buy experience since you need to produce, think, and practice it yourself. If experience and be quantified in money form, then money used to purchase it can only be effort and time (Kolb, 2014). The knowledge from experience is attained at different levels of challenges, but knowledge from learning is very different. With knowledge from experience, a person will always recall what they have achieved with lots of effort in a more profound way and within an extended period. 

Both pieces of knowledge from learning and experience have a significant connection, and they complement one another (Perfetti, 2017). Inherently, learning is connected to experience, and successful learning is established through experience. Research shows that it is the product of motivation and experience that makes individuals conserves knowledge for future reference. The question that needs to be answered is if every experience is right or wrong. Further, authenticating experience through searching for it in books, real life, and comparing it between theories in literature, and the outcome. With this, a person can efficiently utilize limited and older knowledge to prove new and vague knowledge. 

Conversely, the experience is always defined by the errors that people have to encounter to learn and be wiser for the next life lesson. With no action-packed past, people make immature decisions, which lead to errors. It is apparent that experience is what defines people's mistakes and learning is the lesson that comes from it. The more the pain and trouble a person has encountered, the more learning and experience. Research shows that people learn a lot from interacting and communicating with people that have gone through challenging situations, and hence experience will always make an individual more complete. People will still acknowledge the experience and argue that it is a vital part of learning. Even better, the experience will always open people's minds to allow them to make perfect decisions for every situation that they once made errors (Kolb, 2014). No wonder, the experience is intertwined with learning as these two open opportunities for better counsel and they are integral components of knowledge. 

In my own opinion, knowledge from learning is superficial. When people go through life issues that cannot be read in books, they create and implement their instructions instead of doing what others have said. On the other hand, knowledge from experience is significant impacts our future decisions and choices. I, therefore, believe that knowledge that comes from experience is more essential than knowledge acquired from learning.
