The organization has been utilizing multiple media networks to reach out to as many people as possible so that it can develop a positive relationship and broaden its support.
The public relations strategies that ALA has employed to increase its brand include advertising its vision and mission and achievements and partnering with the like-minded organizations. The organization has been making its vision and mission known by members of the public and the social role it plays in the community. By spreading wide its mission and accomplishment in the society, the members of the public can come to know and identify with the organization. The role of the communication team is to convey information to the public sector, private sector, media and all community members on the objectives of the organization. The communication strategy that has been used by the organization to advance its goals include communicating the brand awareness amongst the target audience among them being donors and volunteers.
