Educational Intervention on medication adherence has positive impacts on patients with heart failure. The readmission and mortality rates of people with heart failure can be improved through educational intervention on medication adherence. However, it is a challenge for patients with heart failure to adhere to proper medications due to various reasons. According to Ruppar, Delgado, and Temple (2015) , patients with heart failure are subject to inadequate medication adherence that, in turn, leads to increased HF exacerbations, physical function reduction, and higher risks for hospital death and admission process. It is a challenge to live with patients suffering from heart failure due to various physical as well as emotional symptoms such as edema, depression, fatigue, sleeping difficulties, and chest pain they exhibit. A patient with heart failure requires total care and help since they are vulnerable to poor QOL, coupled with limiting social as well as daily physical activities. Educational intervention on medication adherence is paramount as it curbs high hospitalization and mortality rates among patients with heart failure. Testing educational intervention on medication adherence is important to know its impacts on the readmissions and mortality rates of patients with heart failures.

The research paper will incur a systematic review and comprehensive search on educational intervention and results accrued with calculated data from randomized effects model meta-analysis methods ( Wu, Moser, Chung & Lennie, 2008 ). Tests on the impacts of educational adherence on HF medications will be done to obtain intervention characteristics and sample size based on study design. Data collection for the research will be analyzed using comprehensive statistical Meta-analysis software, ANOVA as publications bias assessed using funnel plots. The aim is to reaffirm that there is a significant reduction in readmissions as well as a decreased mortality rate among HF patients when people consider educational intervention. It is paramount to take into consideration regular follow-up visits with heart failure patients to embrace medication adherence through educational intervention.
