Indeed I am greatly privileged and honored to have received an employee of the month award. I am sincerely thankful for such an honor given to me due to hard work since every other nominee had the potential of receiving the award, but the organization saw it wise to single me out among them.
Truly, I have encountered several obstacles and challenges on my way to this award; however, each of these challenges strengthened me and made me the person you see today. This is me today; excellent team leaders who is capable of setting his eyes on goals and objectives and does not lose hopes no matter how hard the situation is or lose sight of the task unless the exact expected outcome is achieved. Moreover, without the inspirations I got from my bosses and colleagues, I could have not indeed won this award. I sincerely have the deepest respect, love, and gratitude, especially from the people whom I have derived such strengths from to help me maneuver through my challenges and become the best of all other employees this month.
