Different organizations have different leadership styles which include democratic leadership, Affiliative leadership, transformational and visionary leadership among others. Democratic leadership gives all employees an opportunity to take part in decision making procedures within the organization (Amanchukwu, Stanley & Ololube, 2015) . Despite the fact that the leader comes up with the final decision, he collects the ideas and the feedback from the opinions given by staff members before making a final decision. In affiliative leadership, the leaders work towards enhancing good relationships and use their leadership skills to manage bitterness of feelings among the staff when they go through stressful circumstances (Pundt & Herrmann, 2015) . This kind of leadership helps in bringing harmony and rebuilding broken relationship within the organization. Transformational leadership encourages employees to give their best at work and motivates them to be positive while performing their duties (Choi, Kim & Kang, 2017) . It leads to more engaged and productive teams. In visionary leadership, leaders are more concerned about the future and they help employees to remain focused about the goals to be achieved in the long run.
The leadership styles complement the team members in their skills regarding their personality types such as entrepreneurship, production, administration and integration. When group members complement one another, the organization becomes more successful for instance the leadership styles contribute to the producer managing the production, sales and delivery of products in a more efficient manner (Katzenbach, & Smith, 2015) . In entrepreneurial leadership, the entrepreneur is able to provide the vision of the company and the administrator comes up with procedures, processes and controls which ensure the smooth operations within the company. In other business industries, strategic leadership models such as Goal-based, alignment and coaching leadership models can provide lessons that are appropriate for the healthcare setting. Goal-based leadership can be emulated as a method that can be used to further develop the organization. It helps provide a vision to the employees of what the company should look like in the future. Coaching leadership can be emulated by healthcare organization as it focuses on the development of individuals. It helps workers identify their strengths and weaknesses and this helps them to set targets and achieve organizational goals. This kind of leadership can give long term positive results if emulated by the healthcare organization. Alignment leadership model used in business industries can be emulated by the health care organization to align the organization’s operations with its values, mission and goals.

Transformational leadership is not the only effective leadership style because it does not provide all the required aspects in leaderships. Despite the fact the kind of leadership focuses on helping employees give their best at work, transformational leadership lacks aspects such as helping them manage stress at workplace and creating good relationships among individuals as enhanced in affiliative leadership. It does not focus on employees’ opinion in decision making as seen in demographic leadership and hence, it is not the only effective leadership style in an organization. Leadership styles complement each other in a manner that most of them focus towards achieving equal goals in production and they aim at mentoring employees and creating a positive working environment.
