It is done across a functional group made of senior managers from the organisation as well as their partners. Finally, the core of ethics and compliance at the organisation is based on their Code of Business Conduct (Checco, 2008). As far as transparency and ethics go, the Code is a guide to the business conduct of this firm. For this honesty as well as integrity is needed in all matters.
