Infectious and communicable diseases have been with us and are most likely to remain an internal part of human existence. It is a time to take keen consideration on the ethical issues that remain relevant to the impact and control of infectious diseases in communities, individuals, and populations. A robust ethical reflection needs to be done to ensure adequate control on various aspects of healthcare. 

Research and collaboration is a crucial aspect that is part of disease control. It is ethical for researchers from emerging countries with researchers from wealthy nations to collaborate. That assists in addressing controversies that result from research on drugs and vaccines for emerging infectious diseases. Nations and Class difference issues should not hinder effective research (Vayena, Salathé, Madoff & Brownstein, 2015).

It is ethically significant to include international codes to help in coming up with strategies that define the conduct of clinical officers and other stakeholders in the medical fraternity. That is resourceful in addressing disagreements that may ensure during the process of identifying research ways of dealing with communicable diseases. There should be global ethical standards of operations that govern operations (World Health Organization, 2016). That includes the creation of awareness among the communities to ensure that there is the total prevention of the communicable diseases. 

It is ethically correct for people to understand the various issues that surround infectious diseases; its causes, prevention and how to control the extent of attack of the disease. People should be educated on the correct lifestyles that can help in stop the faster spread of communicable diseases.
