Ethical features 

Ethics refers to the standard established by an individual or the society to define what is moral or ethically acceptable. Basically, ethics pertains to acts that are intended to do well and benefit all. Some of the basic qualities observed in ethical person include the exercise of dignity and respect, serving others, exercising justice, community building, and honesty.

Justice and honesty 

Justice in business is a concern especially when pricing is to be conducted. The pricing is just and the measurement systems too. The consumers pay and obtain the correct value for their money through an honest measurement system.

Community building 

Community building is imitative that helps improve the status of the community for the benefit of all. Engagements in community building activities include education sponsorship, environment management systems, and donations to support the needy.

Lessons learned 

Practicing ethical leadership in a world that is filled with exploitation and other forms of injustices requires a moral strength that will persevere, evolve and focus on the goal of always remaining ethically relevant. Through the continual exercise of ethical practices, moral strength is built up until it becomes easy and natural to do right.

Creating a better ethical environment 

Creation of a better ethical environment depends on a correct understanding of the community, environment, staff and the customers or clients. To establish an ethical environment, decisions and actions must be made that will preserve harmony the four components.
