Ethics is one of the aspects to consider when maintaining the security of an organization. Also, an organization's size does not determine the amount of security to install because any company aspires to make maximum profit. The security directors must understand how ethics plays its role in preventing people and assets from leaving or entering the premises unauthorized ( Moussa, 2007) . The unauthorized movement of people and assets from the company or to the company might result in great loss, which damages the relationship between the clients' organization. Many organizations undergo challenges that threaten ethical installation to promote security.

Some of the ethical issues which the security directors should be familiar with include privacy, boardroom leakages, internal spying, and environmental issues from which the company is operating. If ethical issues are compromised, many physical properties, physical assets, and personal safety would be at risk, which would degrade the company's reputation ( Stewart & Jürjens, 2017) . However, to maintain outstanding security, the security directors need to understand the major challenges that might affect their operations. The first challenge is workplace violence which is stimulated by stress from the employees. Also, the employee’s carelessness in abuse of client's, corporate and personal data might pose a big challenge while maintaining security ( Moussa, 2007) . Furthermore, changing the environment in which an organization is working affects the security directors' ethical considerations ( Stewart & Jürjens, 2017) . This change might be unprecedented, and it brings stress as new demands are supposed to be met. The change into a new world of communication where information can be delivered in data, text, and images has challenged the protection of intellectual assets and confidential data.

EXERCISE #2- PRIVATE-PUBLIC RELATIONSHIPS IN POLICING-- EXPLORING A TRENDING MODEL TO PREVENT CRIME AND COMBAT TERRORISM.

There is a correlation between crime in the most populated counties in the country. Crime will rise in the state with poor population structure, the underclass in income, and racial inclinations. Therefore, public and private police deployment will be inevitable in such places ( Morabito & Greenberg, 2005) . in most cases, private security officers are deployed into high crime states than the public police, leading to destabilization of security in all counties ( Ruddell et al., 2011) . To have maximum protection in the country, a solid partnership between the law enforcement organizations and the private security interventions. There are tremendous benefits from such a partnership, although it would also experience some challenges.

The two entities should address recurring obstacles before they become fully functional. First, the challenges occurring from sharing information should be addressed. Some information might be vital if only it remains confidential in one entity, and there could be mistrust. However, one of the benefits of sharing security information is that it can increase their efficiency. The second primary challenge is errors in communicating. A single error can mess a whole state when the private security officers deliver a piece of misguiding information. Therefore, the partnership should be characterized with a memorandum of empathetic reasoning and effective coordination, which specifies the mechanism for sharing the relevant information ( Ruddell et al., 2011) . The most significant benefit the two entities can get from an effective partnership is a less burden of maintaining security. The public police can now be deployed in all parts of the county, thus earning more experience, while the private police can have less burden in maintaining security ( Morabito & Greenberg, 2005) . For instance, as a security operative at a Fortune 1000 company, I have incorporated effective measures to safeguard the company's and the community's assets by engaging the state's security programs. Because of the terrorist threats in our area, I have liaised with the state security programs to share all vital information about confidential reports about the whereabouts of the terrorists. Also, we have shared all information about secret passages in the city to regulate movement.
