The discussion on the factors that influence the development of compassion fatigue and the satisfaction in emergency department nurses was elaborately reached. The author went far and beyond to use tables and figures in coming up with the right results. He used the statistical calculations to show he came up with the result, especially with the multiple regression tables to achieve the t-results for the investigations. The calculations were not easy to understand, especially for the readers without prior background knowledge in statistics. As Cañadas-De la Fuente et al (2015) recommends in the study on the ‘’ Risk factors and prevalence of burnout syndrome in the nursing profession ,’’ the author should have used literature explanations to reach to the audience. At the same time, there should have been a key with an explanation for some of the statistical terms that were used such as (R 2 , CF, CF, t). Houser recommends further research that would help the ED nurses to manage the strains of caring for the problematic patients ( Hunsaker, Chen, Maughan & Heaston, 2015) .
The researchers discussed, though not in details the implications of the study for the clinical practices. The study was categorical that a supportive manager is likely to have nurses with the highest level of CS. When a manager is supportive and understandings, the nurses will, therefore, have lower levels of burnout, according to the research. The implication of the study found that leadership is useful in coming up with the development of a reliable and practical professional training and work environment. The study also recommended further investigation on the research on modes of creating programs that would help the ED nurses to meet their mandate effectively ( Hunsaker, Chen, Maughan & Heaston, 2015) .

This study, in its current form, has enormous value to the development and addition to the already existing knowledge base. There is sufficient knowledge and ideas that this article develops that would be interesting to the development of the proper leadership and the burnout and the level of performance for all the clinical officers in the field. The study has a vital contribution to adequate practice in the clinical area.
