The issue to be addressed is patient safety as a result of falls in the hospital (Hill et al. 2018). One of the leading causes of these falls is the nature of the patient beds, which must be addressed by the purchase of new facilities that have guard rails and are optimized for patients (Morello et al., 2015). It is imperative that the medical facility is tailored to guarantee a safe environment for patients rather than predisposing them to further harm. In this accord, this action plan is necessary in propagating the realizations of a safer hospital facility.
