Fetal alcohol syndrome is a combination of birth deformities facilitated by prenatal alcohol exposure and mainly occurring due to environmental contribution such as poor dietary and nutrition capacity. Results are compromised cognitive, psychomotor, developmental and behavioral capacities which conclude with associated physical defects. The most effective strategy is alcohol consumption prevention in pregnant women and accelerating fetal development through nutritional interventions involving specific supplementation. According to A Ukrainian study on pregnant women, exposed and those subjected on MVM (multivitamin) supplements, divergent results were discovered in association with choline inclusion ( Coles et al., 2015)

Various observations in behavior aspects of emotional reactions, general conduct, physical orientati0on and motor quality were used to study and understand the subjects. However individual factors such as sex of the fetus and the age of the mother in context were important factors in understanding relationships between supplementation and birth outcome. Both choline and MVM had positive results while factors of clinical follow-ups, environmental aspects, social and emotional orientation but were down weighed by women who abstained from alcohol.

Normalcy is the context which is in accordance with genetically and characteristically-abled individuals. guidelines for normalcy promotion include; self-concept proliferation, interventional actions to ensure in-line developments , maintaining and promoting individual structure and functioning and properly recognizing and managing divergent aspects of functioning. These tools are essential in helping nurses to understand wide scopes and aspects of human structure. Main types of self-care requisites are universal, developmental and health-deviation, which are characterized based on the environmental aspect in context. Normalcy is limited to resource description and measurable (operational) studies. Building interrelationships in understanding the requisites and concepts through advanced research and resourcing is required to ensure and enhance normalcy in the nursing profession. Integration of theoretical concepts to rhyme with field normalcy definition is the key to operational success form a society perspective ( Hartweg & Pickens, 2016)
