History of the firm
Frigidaire has been operating for more than a century, where it has consistently proved to be innovative and consumer-centered. W.C Durant bought the company and coined the name Frigidaire from the company's first self-contained refrigerator in 1918 (Frigidaire, n.d). In 1929, the company invented the first home freezer and called it an ice cream cabinet. They later realize the product could be used for more uses. Within the same year, they introduced the first room air conditioner (Frigidaire, n.d). Frigidaire became the first firm to have a commercially successful room cooler. In 1954, the firm introduced the use of vibrant colors in kitchen appliances across their appliances. In 1970, the firm invented the first laundry center that offers consumers a family size washer on the bottom and a dryer on top (Frigidaire, n.d). Frigidaire continues to be a leader within the industry, as seen with the Frigidaire Gallery 30" Front Control Gas Range with Air Fry. Being the first of its kind to offer the air fry option ensures that consumers experience elegance and healthier cooking options.

The cooker uses true convection, which ensures faster baking and enables users to get even baking results. The convection fan, multi-rack baking, and a third heating element work together to evenly circulate hot air within the oven to achieve the results (Frigidaire, n.d). The product has stainless steel manifold and drawer finishing and black porcelain finishing on the cooktop, and black finishing on the cabinet. The oven has a fast steam cleaning option. This option is handy when one needs to quickly light clean the oven as it only lasts for 30 minutes and is odor and chemical-free (Frigidaire, n.d). The gas burners are also easy to remove and clean, ensuring the cooktop remains clean and appealing. The range has smudge-proof stainless steel that is easy to clean and resists fingerprints. The range also has continuous corner-to-corner grates that make it easier for the consumer to move heavy pots across burners without lifting (Frigidaire, n.d). The range offers a quick preheat option to start baking within a few minutes and an optional ReadyCook air fry tray that ensures delicious and crispy air fry results compared with nonstick bakeware. The range also comes with a griddle pan and easily fits the space of the existing 30" range, allowing for a built-in look in the kitchen.
