The oriental trading company is an inheritance of Mr. Watanabe Terrance that he inherited in the 1970s from his dad. Oriental fortune is a company for party supply. Terrance sold the company`s share of a disclosed amount in 2000. The oriental trading owner was known for his gambling addiction and overindulging due to alcohol. His life was full of fun since most of his was at the casino`s hotel. He had a drinking problem; he voluntarily engages in over intoxication and over drinking. The casino should also be held responsible for encouraging and allowing him to gamble under the influence of pills and alcohol. 

Gambling under the influence any drug is against the law and is prohibited in any gambling casino. The board, Nevada Gaming regulated gambling under the influence of alcohol in 2018. Mr. Watanambe visit to the casino was prominent and had full knowledge of the rules in the casino but intended to assume. In 2006 the heir of oriental training fortune was banned by Steve Wynn the owner of Wynn casino from gambling in his casino. That was his central resident during the time. He would party and gamble while on drugs.

He started gambling back in 2003 at Harrah a casino in Lowa and the casino in Lake Tahoe. His interest in gambling grew massively, and he began to venture in big casinos in Las Vegas. He devoted himself to gaming in 2005, and he recklessly used millions of dollars at the casino. A record from O`Donnell and the Associate reads that Terrance amount in gambling began at $4.2 million that year, later it increased to $81.2 million, and finally it reached a peak of $825.4 million in 2007. 

At his stay at Caesar`s casino, he got into alcohol at a very high rate. During this time the management and the employees intimated him into so much alcohol. They encouraged him to use the most expensive drinks like vodka brand while all he did was ordering the drinks. George Denton, a security guard at Caesar’s casino, said that the management offered Mr. Watanabe 705 milliliter of vodka every day. He was never limited to the rate of alcohol that he consumed and no one ever questioned him for gambling while he was highly intoxicated. 

It was so unprofessional and against the law how the management at the casino treated him. 1n 2007 while with his companion Stuart Mitchell at the same hotel that he used to attend, Mitchell asked the cocktail waitress to at least water down Watanabe`s drink. Surprisingly the waitress responded that the waitress got whatever he ordered. The table always had a bottle of alcohol. Chris corso, an employee at the Caesar, said there a picture of Mr. Watanabe that had been posted at a particular section so that all employee would notice him ensure that they never refuse the order that he makes. The head of Caesar casino once instructed a security guard to provide everything Mr. Watanabe wanted so that he would forever remain the property of Caesar and keep on gambling. 

Employees, security guard, and supervisors kept track in all his movement so as he would remain an asset at the casino. They always surrounded him to keep him around, and a new position of control was even created for his reason. During his stay at the casino, Watanabe a wet marble floor a d got back injuries. On requesting aspirin for his pain at the back, he was given a strong narcotic – Lortab without knowing it was. The narcotic was mixed with a high amount of alcohol which had a very significant effect on his drinking addiction. His alcohol consumption rate increased within a short period. In the preceding months, the employees would supply a high amount of Lortab to Mr. Watanabe. 

Stuart Mitchell, a companion of Mr. Watanabe, notice that an employee of Caesar casino slipped something in the coat of Mr. Watanabe during gambling time. Watanabe later confirmed that whatever was moved was Lortab. With full knowledge Mr. Watanabe drinking problem the management still encouraged him to carry on with gambling regardless of the situation he was in. They are answerable of letting this happen since it against the regulations of the Nevada Gambling. The casino is responsible for the condition that he is currently facing. They should pay off or dismiss all the money that he owes. In a case where Watanabe was not intoxicated, or the casino did not know that the Watanabe could be responsible for the situation. The situation is entirely casino fault for disobeying the laws and regulation set by the gambling board.
