Economists have studied the differences in the wages between men and women since the 1960s. It must have been frustrating to be a woman in 1950 in the United States and even worse in the developing nations. Those women are earning close enough to what men earn does not mean that we sit comfortably. The truth is, the earnings should be equal for the same task completed. As a result, women must talk, so must men. Men must be in the front row for the fight of equal rights as far as pay is concerned.
