These elements can be implemented in my current or future organization in significant ways. For instance, results-oriented element can be implemented by leaders identifying the desired results, providing their employees with support, and assist them to achieve those results. They offer feedback on performance and this would help employees to achieve desired results. Risk-taking can be implemented by attracting employees who are willing to take risks and later encourage, support, and reward these employees for their ability to take calculated risks. Training employees on how to be customer-oriented can be useful in implementing customer focus element. Training will help to reinforce the customer care skills and their responsibility, which will result in the long-term health of your company (Pearson, 2017).
