For the past 20 years, the Lamar Youth Foundation (LYF) has served the inhabitants of Hall County as an accredited educational system. In 2020, all twenty-five per cent of all serious violent crime involved a juvenile offender. All this rate are a clear indication of the high number of juveniles have been arrested and subjected to law enforcement in the U.S.The prosecuted juveniles often lack opportunities to continue with their education, and it was on this grounds, Lamar youth foundation was established to provide education for the juveniles.
The funding will assist the Lamar Youth Foundation and combat the growing problem of Youth not receiving proper educational services after being involved in criminal cases. I project to fully involve other team members in making this project a success. By applying others in the decision-making process, I will create an opportunity for my team members to share ideas, learn from one another and work towards our primary goal.
As the Director of Lemar Youth Foundation, I will be responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations of this organization are carried out in the most efficient, safe, and timely manner as possible. To achieve this, delegating duties will be essential and unavoidable. I will designate specific staff members that will have direct oversight of portions of the operations of these facilities. The Assistant Director will oversee the budget to ensure that no frivolous spending is taking place and no unethical distributions of received money are practised. The administrative assistant will be responsible for ensuring that all hired staff meet state, local, and federal guidelines for educators. The human resource director is responsible for ensuring that an organization stays fully staffed with the most qualified individuals (Jamieson & Morgan, 2008). The principal of the organization is responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day educational program. This individual is also responsible for ensuring that all lesson plans are taught up to standard with state, local, and federal regulations for educational services. I will be in charge of strict supervision to ensure that every member plays their part in providing education to nearly all the juveniles.
During my term, I will point a transport coordinator to start work immediately. In the new office, he will be responsible for making and offering advice concerning transport issues. In conjunction with the HR Director, this individual will ensure that we hire safe, adequately trained, and compassionate individuals that have the primary task of transporting our youth to and from school safely and efficiently. As the Director of the organization, I understand my roles clearly and will use all that is within my ability to ensure that our project is successfully implemented.
To conclude, it will be vital that every member performs their roles diligently. Utilizing the grants well and transparently will enable the organization to secure future funding. Every sponsor wants accountability, and so the organization will be responsible for every coin spent. By doing so, the project will be effectively completed. The new classrooms and the newly recruited teachers will be beneficial. It will give the school the confidence and the ability to reach out and admit the highest number of juveniles possible. By doing so, the organization will offer the underprivileged the opportunity to pursue their careers and help our government fight towards reducing and preventing increasing rates of crime.
