What group(s) in American society does the perspective appeal to?

What organizations promote the perspective?

What are the biases in the perspective?

Does the perspective appeal to you? Why or why not?

What objective evidence is used to support the perspective?

Vaccinating children  The vaccination of the children in the united states of America appeals to the parents who believe that vaccination is beneficial to their health. The perspective could also cover the education system where schools are actively supporting vaccination.  Organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO) have supported the active participation of the American children in the immunization system in the country. Their participation is meant to boost their health standards.  One of the major biases in the vaccination perspective is the issue of medical insurance for the members of the society. Many Americans have lacked insurance policies to cover them when medical emergencies happen.  The vaccination perspective appeals to me. Firstly, the observance of the vaccination procedures is one of the sure ways to maintain a healthy America in the future. Secondly, immunization is an indicator of the caring nature of American parents regarding their children’s health.  Empirical evidence from the data compiled by the WHO indicates that the issue of immunization still affects the American society with little being one to motivate the parents to follow up in their children’s vaccination procedures.
Failing to vaccinate children  The anti-vaccination movement appeals to the parents in the American society that do not realize or comprehend the value of immunizing their children against the possibility of contracting infections.  Some of the organizations that promote the anti-vaccination perspective are the campaigners against the practice, parents who do not believe In the importance of vaccine, and the religions that do not support the vaccination of children.  One of the most significant biases to the anti-vaccination perspective is that the movements against anti-vaccination assume that the preservatives for the vaccines may have lasting effects on the children to be vaccinated against the various infections.  The perspective does not appeal to me. The belief that vaccination has negative effects on the children’s wellbeing is a counterintuitive approach to the benefits that immunization has for the American societies.  The anti-vaccination campaigns have found out that the vaccines are preserved using substances that have mercury in them. Potentially, the substances have been known to lead to autism among the vaccinated children.
