I have reviewed various sources on heart problems and healing the heart from the start of the project. Necessarily, heart problems are among the common causes of mortality in the world today with a record of one death every 37 seconds. 647000 fatalities are reported every year in America due to heart-related problems, which are partly connected to emotional stress (Huxter, 2016). Healing the heart is a subject that needs serious investigation to help alleviate internal and external pressure that causes these problems. There is a need to research the role of meditation in the healing of the heart.
One crucial question that was crucial in guiding my research is the appropriate scope. I settled on engaging 60 employees between the ages of 25 and 60, where most employees fall to find out the causes of emotional problems and heart issues related to such pressures. The parameters used for the questionnaire measured emotional breakdown and worrying were those with a score of 4-10 regular breakdown experience, and 11-16 regular shock had severe heartbreak and heart-related problems.

The respondents are very interested in participating in the study by being honest in answering. I also asked the participants whether they used exercises such as jogging to hand internal pressure caused by heartbreaks. I established an elaborate schedule on practicing meditation at the place of work between the regular programs. The most asked question was how to incorporate jogging into the table to enhance the results of meditation. I highlighted meditation a vital component of the plan as it improves shock absorption, thus healing the heart (Nikhra, 2016). There is a need to improve my plan by ensuring longer hours for meditation after jogging between the working schedules.
