The high data amongst the white race is due to the stable economic condition which enables them to live in leafy suburbs and proper housing. The Hispanic race has an average of 88% for parents who feel that their children live in safe neighborhood followed by black children at 84%. The black parents have low confidence in the living condition of their children owing to the fact that most of them are confined to live in the shanties and cannot afford a decent living.
