The patient might be lacking enough knowledge about their medical condition (Artiga & Hinton, 2019). For instance, angina requires that a patient take care of themselves in a way that does not exaggerate their situation and endanger them the more. Lack of basic education limits the extent to which the hospital will explain the condition to the patient. As such, there is a possibility that the patient will not be able to play their major part when it comes to maintaining their health.
On the other hand, government initiatives might limit the extent to which the management can help the patient (Artiga & Hinton, 2019). For instance, there are medical insurance policies that limit the extent to which the hospital can deal with the patient. In such a case, the hospital or management can be limited to offering limited services to the patient in terms of treatment which might leave the patient vulnerable. At the same time, the patient faces a financial dilemma in the sense that the cost of keeping them healthy is high. In that case, the amount of money the patient is willing or is capable of spending towards the improvement of their health is limited.

Additionally, the patient’s living situations limit the effectiveness of their medication ( Cataldo, 2020) . The management has to put into consideration the environment the patient interacts with and advise them accordingly. As angina is a sensitive case, the management must make sure that the patient does not face dangers when they are away from the hospital setting and that care is taken to improve their health. As such, the patient might be advised to move to a new environment that supports their health and look out for the foods they eat and their general physical involvement. In such a case, both the patient and the management will be facing a task that requires a tough decision-making process.
