Located at Idaho Falls, Redicare is an affiliate of Mountain View Hospital and the only walk-in urgent care facility in the region. The facility offers several urgent medical services for acute injuries, acute illnesses, minor surgeries, lab screening, among many others (Redicare, 2019). The main aim of Redicare clinic is provision of quality healthcare services to the people of Idaho Falls. The medical doctors and professionals at R edicar e Clinic are skilled and highly qualified to deliver the best services to patients. The facility offers both effective management and compensations to its employees for occupational health solutions. These include aggressive return to work programs, on-site coordination to work with employers and patients, physicals, and drug screening. 

Redicare offers care to patients of all ages. According to a survey conducted by Le & Hsia (2016) the millennial generation makes up a quarter of all visits to a walk-in clinic like Redicare. This is because they are considered to be relatively healthy, and most of them have only two or one health emergencies in a year. Eleven percent of patients over 65 years does not have a primary care physician and tend to visit walk-in clinics first. More patients in Idaho are turning to urgent care facilities because of their lower prices since most of them do have health insurance (Le & Hsia, 2016). Children often get injured or sick more frequently than adults. Therefore, most parents prefer urgent care centers for faster medical services.

The World Population Review (2019) indicates that Idaho State has a population of 1.6 million people. The cultural demographics of individuals who frequently use Redicare services are 80% whites, 12% Hispanics and 1.5% American Indians (Le & Hsia, 2016). Most of the whites are wealthier than the other groups, and there are more frequent users of urgent care services. Redicare accepts all insurances and offers cash payments to those who do not have insurance covers (Redicare, 2019). Several communities around the region especially the low income earners are prone to illness and injuries due to the nature of work, income level, and cultural predispositions. Therefore, Redicare offers them with immediate services to their illnesses and injuries unlike community health centers in Idaho in which they would have to wait for longer periods before being served. Redicare is more advantageous and serves people from all walks of life without any cultural discrimination. 

Finding the direction to Redicare clinic is much easier since it can be found among several clinics in Idaho Falls including Mountain View Hospital, Family Emergency Center, Community Care and Mountain Falls Quick Care Urgent Clinic. Idaho Falls is among the major cities in Bonneville County and Boise Metropolitan area. Its current population is approximately 60,200 ( World Population Review, 2019) . The city serves as the healthcare, commercial and cultural hub for eastern Idaho and some parts of Southern Montana as well as Wyoming. Redicare is located at 2730 on Channing Way, ID 83404 in Idaho Falls which is a perfect location for patients with emergencies to receive urgent care (Redicare, 2019). No appointments are needed in Redicare and patients do not have to wait for long periods before getting professional medication attention. 

Redicare uses digital strategies to market its services and optimize its online presence. Since it does a not schedule appointment, patients use the internet to search for their services whenever they need to visits the urgent care facility in Idaho Falls. Redicare has a successful marketing strategy through their website that highlights all the services needed by its prospective patients, including the hours of operation, waiting time, physical address, and their quality of care (Redicare, 2019). The facility’s innovative online marketing solution engages the patients regardless of their regional area. 

Based on the demographics of patients who use Redicare, the target audience is likely to be the upper and middle-income married homeowners with children. This is because most middle- and upper-income earners in the region are educated and tend to perceive urgent care as cost-saving options to urgent medical services (Le & Hsia, 2016). Most of them are likely to have health insurance covering urgent care visits. Suburban families seek for the value of convenience and time. Since majority of people living in Idaho have stable incomes, Redicare clinic is likely to be frequently used and can be considered the best service to the people of the region. 

Marketers focus on different demographics by learning their behavior patterns and how they can engage with the population. In every target market there are different sets of generations including the baby boomers, generation X, millennials, and generation Z, in which marketers should consider before introducing a service or product (Hillestad & Berkowitz, 2018) . All the generations have different habits of finding and accessing services. Most millennials and generation Z rely on online services. Understanding the differences in marketing enables marketers to isolate the niches into different categories and come up with different selling points for their services. Therefore, urgent care services need to incorporate their marketers and healthcare providers in providing services that appeal to every generation based on their needs and wants. 

Marketers have to consider their techniques of marketing to affluent consumers. The services should be promoted in a manner that reflects prestige and higher level of quality (Hillestad & Berkowitz, 2018) . The urgent care services should be designed to serve the high- and middle-income earners by offering them a more convenient rather than affordable health care options (Le & Hsia, 2016). Since most consumers are educated, marketing strategies should incorporate online and digital platforms. Majority of educated individuals are frequent users of the internet and will be attracted by the services advertised on the websites and other online platforms. 

In conclusion, Redicare is an urgent care walk-in clinic located in Idaho Falls. The clinic offers a wide range of medical services for acute illnesses, acute injuries, minor surgeries, and laboratory screening. Patient demographics of Redicare incorporate all ages, generational, and cultural groups. The most frequent users of Redicare services are older adults, millennials, and children. The clinic uses digital marketing techniques through its website to present its services to the community. Since the facility is located in a suburban region, the target audience is likely to be the upper- and middle-income married homeowners with children. Marketers use different marketing techniques to advertise Redicare’s services to different demographic groups. This is because every group has different needs and wants and therefore, the type of services offered tend to vary.
