The case of Miss Betty may pose challenges to health practitioners in determining whether her desolate stay promotes the development of Alzheimer's illness. Dementia, Alzheimer's illness results in declined cognitive performance, promoting increased compromisation in a person's ability to conduct daily operations ( Fenn, Hategan, & Bourgeois, 2019) . Alzheimer's disease results in a behavioral disturbance of patients with old age. Lack of incompetent legal declaration of Miss Betty after the demise of her husband may result in health jeopardy. I ascertain that Miss Betty lacks home assistance because she stays a solitary life. The loneliness may result in increased health risks. Consequently, as a healthcare practitioner, I recommend the effective provision of home care, nursing agencies, and assisted living to assist the health condition of Miss Betty.

According to the Emergency Nurses Association (2019), the p rotection of patients from harm forms the crucial principle of the American Nursing Association (ANA) code of conduct for nurses. Based on effective protection patients from harm (non-maleficence ethical principle), I recommend that Miss Betty may experience multiple health challenges associated with loneliness. For instance, Miss Betty may experience instances of frequent falls resulting from her old stage. Accordingly, I recommend sufficient supervision, hygiene, and assistance in performing household chores. Engaging in-home care may assist healthcare practitioners in ensuring effective support to Miss Betty. Scheduling operations such as medication, shopping, food preparation, and bathing may provide effective health care for Miss Betty.

Moreover, individualization of therapy may assist in ensuring effective healthcare delivery to Miss Betty. Disruptive behavior or agitation may result from Miss Betty's response to the absence of her husband or inappropriate situation. Subsequently, I recommend the application of psychotropic medications to improve the health care of Miss Betty.

As a healthcare provider, I would encourage Miss Betty to accept conversation with a lawyer, accountant, or legal, financial advisor for effective financial record management. The conversation with the legal, financial advisor promotes the dignity of Miss Betty and the financial personnel. The demise of her husband may result in inadequate engagement in house chores; however, I would encourage Miss Betty to consume food adequately and receive proper sleep to enable her to maintain an active life.
