The loss of homes as well can be reduced. The expectation is that with better representation at the national level ensures that policies passed will protect vulnerable populations.

The San Diego Unified School District is an organization with a vision of developing a world-class school system for children in San Diego County. In addition to pursuing academic excellence the unified school district has put in place the initiative to target social and health wellness of their students. The initiatives such as mental health awareness will cater to young girls in need of it. Additionally, sex education can be integrated into initiatives to empower young women.
Religious Communities
The religious community serves a role in community programs. The churches, mosques, and temples offer support services. Vulnerable populations such as young girls can receive education to empower them. Additionally, some homeless may take advantage of food and shelter support services as they attempt to improve their lives. The expectation of expanding religious services is to alleviate mental health illnesses.

The Beach Break Café is a restaurant that is frequently visited by both locals and tourists in the Oceanside city. The management of Beach Break Café may act as a whistleblower aligning them to protecting the young girls that may visit the beach break café. The expectation is that any underage girls will not be taken advantage of by tourists at meeting points such as the café.
California Department of Public Health
The California Department of Public Health is an organization that works to improve the health of Californians by protecting the public health of individuals and the community at large by partnering with local healthcare clinics and businesses. The promotion of public health policies such as smoking restrictions will protect the health of the elderly that are predisposed to chronic conditions.
Turning Point Crisis Center
The turning point crisis center is a rehabilitation center in Oceanside used to treat patients in acute psychiatric crises following addiction complications as well as rehabilitating them (Oceanside CA – Rehabilitation, 2020) . The homeless population in Oceanside has been shown to engage in drug and alcohol abuse resulting in psychiatric illnesses. The expectation is strengthening the rehabilitation center will help alleviate mental illness.
North County Health Service (Oceanside Health Centre)
The North County Health Service offers health services in the county. Among the services offered is a women wellness clinic mandated with reproductive health services that can be used to assist the young girls in accessing contraceptives to minimize unplanned pregnancies (Oceanside CA – Health Facilities, 2020) .
