1. Continuous Hiring in Criminal Justice Organizations

Generational differences influence the hiring process in different ways. Job opportunities are open for all generations; however, the interviews are provided depending on the generation. Training is also determined by the generation, with the older employees requiring more training so that they can catch up with the younger generation. The different generations will be able to offer varied skills and expertise to the criminal justice organization. Each generation is equipped with different levels of knowledge, and that will be required in making evidenced decisions (Jolicoeur & Grant, 2018). Different groups of people will also be hired, such as the chaplain who will be in charge of leading the organization by using religious information related to leadership. Counseling will also be required in the organization, and it will be meant to prepare the employees mentally and emotionally for work.

2. Leadership in Criminal Justice Organization

Leadership in criminal justice organization is the effective management and controlling of the institution, ensuring that the employees are motivated. The leadership style chosen should promote a good relationship between the leader and followers. A good leader is able to recognize when to listen and follower the staff members for the good of the organization. Ethics are highly practiced in the criminal justice organization. The organization deals with promotion of justice and the leader have to demonstrate that by upholding their morals and ethical values (Stojkovic, Kalinich, & Klofas, 2014). In improving my criminal justice organization, there are various approaches that can be used. The first one would be implementing a two-way communication approach. In that way, the leader and the followers will be agreeing on how things will be carried out in the organization, and that will result in successful operations.
