Health care system is diverse, and more opportunity is developing, given the transformational of the industry. The development of diagnoses of more diseases has also spearheaded the need for more search by the scientist. With this, there is more pressure for the health practitioner to develop new drugs and devises that will help prevent deaths. One of these opportunities that spark my interest is the digital transformational value-based health care services. Digital transformational and value-based health care services involve monitoring of patient’s recovery journey or patient monitoring. It is digital where both the patient and the nurses can communicate on their health improvements. The system caters for patients who have enrolled in the system, which means that everyone should enroll. The world is transforming to a digitally based generation which means that ninety percent of individuals have a know who on how to use the internet. The digital transformation seeks to bridge the gap between the patients and the health practitioner, which will enhance communication that leads to monitoring.
The reason for my interest in digital transformation and value-based care is because I want to create a bond between patient and doctors. Research done shows that most patients succumb to illness due to lack of proper monitoring and ignorance. An individual will only visit the hospital when their diseases have worsened, and this does not help because the condition would have already spread to other organs. Awareness is paramount because it enlightens individuals on what to do if one encounters specific symptoms. With value-based health care, the health practitioner will be able to provide the needed information to the patient on their recovery journey. It also opens up a channel where communication will flow smoothly without fear. In pursuing this career goal, I will first create a system where I would ensure that all my patients have access to the website. With this, I will be monitoring their recovery journey. Again, through the system, I will create a platform where I can interact with my patients regularly.
