The introduction of Electronic Health Records (EHR) has made a significant impact on the healthcare system. However, its implementation and use within the care system has raised a mixed reaction with some medical staffs developing a negative attitude towards this technology ( Miller et al., 2016). With this regard, this scientific methodology aimed to establish the attitude of medical staff towards the use of EHR in the hospital environment ( Colligan et al., 2015).
Hypothesis; there is a negative attitude among most of the medical staffs towards the application of EHR in the hospital.

Question; the research was led by the following questions, how do medical staffs feel about the application of HER in the hospital? Is EHR application convenient for all medical staffs?
Experiment : interview and observation were the principal methodologies and data collection strategies. The interview involved the interviewers and the sample groups selected from the relevant department within the hospital. Sample techniques used were random and stratified sampling methods. Ethics such as consents were in considerations. The analysis involved reviewing the interviews records and comparing the results.
Results: Most staffs admit that they are not well conversant with the new technology. Most crews complain that the use of EHR consumes a lot of time. Most staffs also claim that most of these machines are slow due to network issues and thus inconvenient ( Abdekhoda et al., 2015). A good percentage of medical staffs claim that they need more training to be conversant with these machines. Lastly, a good percentage claim that retrieving files and data during the emergency is difficult when EHR is used. In this experiment, the independent variable is the staffs’ attitude ( Ben-Assuli, 2015). On the other hand, the convenience of the EHR brought about by speed, reliability, accuracy, and usability are the dependent variables. Factors such as usability, reliability, and convenience are the control group since they affect the staffs' attitude.
Conclusion ; a good percentage of medical staffs have a negative attitude towards the application of the EHR due to inconveniences. The findings from this experiment justify the hypothesis.
