One of the most significant reasons for the continued success of Avon is its leadership. According to Kruse, Avon women leadership has prior knowledge about management from their past positions in other corporates (Kruse, 2017). Formed to address women beauty problems, Avon has been able to spread worldwide allowing women to independently earn their income through sales of its products. McNeal-Weary posits that many organization with women in leadership are successful than those dominated by men (McNeal-Weary, 2016). This, in turn, confirms the position held by Avon as far as women leadership is concerned.
