Q1. The Impacts Built Environment Has On Our Health
Notably, the built environments have a significant effect on human health by controlling our stress levels through the secretion of cortisol hormones in our bodies. When we live in a comfortable environment with all the social, economic, political, and religious resources, we feel safer that improves our health. The environmental comfortability of individuals enhances their health by limiting their secretion of cortisol, a hormone in the human body, increasing the stress level by interfering with body metabolism standards. A comfortable build environment with all the human resources and security makes an individual feel safe and secure, reducing stress levels and improving their health status. It is common knowledge that the fact that the availability of social amenities in our build environments improves our health standard as they initiate more composure and less thinking to humans ( Unnatural Causes Doc, 2008) . The availability of the right school, beautiful central parks, road signs, advertising restaurants, and security are remarkable factors in build in the environment, enhancing our physical and mental health. I agree that the built-in community with all the social amenities feel healthier with long life expectancy and prevention of other infectious diseases that might hamper with human existence.
Yes, it is agreeable that humans become whom they socialize with because social interaction is one of the determinants of human lives in society. It is true that where humans live, learn, and play has a diverse influence on their health and brain development ( USF Urban Education & Social Justice, 2013) . Humans' environmental interactions and exposure directly correlate to their mental and physical characteristics to determine who we are in society. I concur that the people we interact with and the places we spend most of their time will determine our health and mentality. For example, if a child grows in a society full of criminal activities and drug abuse, the child can become a drug abuser or a criminal because of the environment and exposure.
