Additionally, I have been working hard to improve on areas where I have fallen short of expectation.

Honesty and reliability are among the values that I hold with high regard. As such, I argue that I am fit for the job and request you to review the decision relieving me of duty. I really need this job as I am a mother of three who is experiencing financial hardships, not to mention the need for my family’s insurance.
