In a transformational organization, there are two major types of improvements; incremental and radical improvements. Incremental improvement refers to a process aimed at making modifications to products through minor and simple changes (Beck et al., 2016) . Incremental improvement takes place over a long period of time. In a manufacturing organization, incremental improvements could comprise activities such as improving computer efficiency through the installation of computer software.
