Question 1
The Twitter chat is a success. This is because the conversation has a short, memorable, unique, and relevant hashtag used in the discussion. This creates a digital space for the participants to connect to it.
As much as this chat was a success, I will make it even better and more enjoyable next time. This would be by making sure that I get the topic early enough and make the chat's central theme as I create a more engaging question for the discussion to ensure that the participants are more involved. I would champion the Twitter chat ahead of the set time to make sure that many people are involved in the conversation, giving me more feedback on the topic. Having a unique hashtag would be something different that I would also do to make sure that many people are curious about the subject and excited to follow and participate.

Question 2
I faced many challenges when planning the chat, and they included not having many participants willing to share their thought. It took me a lot of time to convince them to agree. The other challenge was coming up with a relevant hashtag that was unique.
During the chat, I faced several frustrations and somehow made it a bit difficult to search. The Twitter chats were moving fast, which made it almost impossible for all the questions I had posted to be answered. The participants also found it challenging to respond to every comment.
Question 3
When communicating via Twitter, the experience is different, unlike when using other media. This is because Twitter is unique as it allows consumers and brands to build relationships and let loose of their ideas, helping them optimize their engagements. It also helps consumers get more content and offer them the best marketing education for free (Okazaki et al., 2020). Twitter gives the consumer a chance to interact with people they do not know, and they have never met, unlike the other media where consumers follow people they already know. Twitter also helps to increase the connectivity of consumers and offers them a chance to communicate comfortably. It contributes to online disclosure by using hashtags, and the consumers can re-tweet.
However, when doing this chat, there are several ethical and social issues that I put into consideration. I made sure that everybody was given a chance to answer the question, which meant no discrimination and conflicting answers. As a host of the chat, I introduced everyone who participated in the discussion, and no offensive or abusive language was to be used. Cyberbullying was not allowed in the chat. The chat gave a chance to social networking as the participants interacted with each other after it ended.
Question 4
I learned that sociology is simply the study of human relationships, values, beliefs, and society. I also learned the impacts of it on human beings and the influences it has on society. The topic helped me understand why different people behave the way they do in different situations. Sociology is essential in our lives as it increases our willingness and ability to see other people's perspectives and thoughts.
However, the actions I would take based on what I have learned is, being more sensitive to other people’s feelings as we are all different with different abilities. I will be more kind and forgiving to others and more helping. Enjoying the process is also another action that I will take after studying this topic.
Question 5
What we discussed relates to the chat, as it is clear that social media is an essential tool that helps to focus on sociology and the impacts it has on human choices. Social media, Twitter, allows the users to reach out to many people and organizations, helping them gain more audience for their cause.
